We want you to absolutely love your new guitar, and we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every instrument we send out. That said, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your electric guitar, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. However, please note that all returned electric guitars are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Why the 25% Restocking Fee?
We’re a small, independent company pouring our heart, soul, and resources into building a premium guitar experience without the premium price tag. Every guitar we produce goes through careful inspection, setup, and packaging before it ever reaches your hands. When a guitar is returned, it can’t simply be resold as “new.” It must be thoroughly inspected, restrung, cleaned, and in some cases, reboxed or discounted to find a new home.
This process costs time, labor, and money—especially for a brand like ours that doesn’t operate with massive margins or bulk inventory. The 25% restocking fee helps cover part of these costs so we can continue delivering quality guitars and supporting our growing community of musicians.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support as we scale our dream. Our goal is never to profit from returns—we simply want to ensure we can continue building great gear while staying fair and sustainable for everyone.
